Mr Fortune Casino

Mr Fortune Casino About Us

An independent NZ guide to Mr Fortune Casino, not the casino itself. Every fact is checked against official sources and dated.

Who We Are

mrfortune-casino-online-nz.com exists for one reason: most pages about Mr Fortune are copied from each other, and many are years out of date.

We saw review sites promising a Mr Fortune no-deposit code that has never existed, quoting a 30-day bonus window that is really seven days, and listing payment methods the cashier does not carry. None of that helps someone in Auckland or Invercargill deciding whether to deposit NZ$20. So this site does something simpler: it describes Mr Fortune as it actually is on the day we check, with the source for each figure, and it says plainly where the casino is not a good fit.

The site covers one brand only. We don't rank Mr Fortune against a list of other casinos, we don't run "top 10" tables, and we don't link to other gambling sites. Where a comparison helps, for example between Thunderstruck II and the pokies Mr Fortune actually has, we compare games rather than operators.

Independent

Not owned, run or edited by Mr Fortune or Green Feather Online Limited.

Written for NZ

NZ$ figures, New Zealand rules and local help lines, not a copy of a UK or Canadian page.

Dated

Every page carries the day its facts were last compared with the casino's own terms.

The Author

Daniel Brown, Casino Expert

Daniel writes and checks every page on this site as part of the Casino Review Team. His job is less glamorous than it sounds: reading general terms, bonus terms and responsible gaming policies line by line, opening the lobby to count what is actually there, and checking the licence on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a footer badge.

He keeps a simple rule: if a figure cannot be traced to the casino's terms, its help centre, its live lobby or a public register, it doesn't go on the page. When Mr Fortune's own documents disagree with each other, as the help centre and the general terms sometimes do on withdrawal times, the page says so and tells you which one to rely on.

One author covers the whole site, so the same standards apply from the games guide to the account closure guide. His name, with the publication, update and fact-check dates, sits at the foot of every page.

How We Check the Facts

Every figure on the site comes from one of five places. We list them so you can check us.

SourceWhat we take from it
Mr Fortune general termsAccount rules, closure, inactivity fees, withdrawal processing, one-account policy
Bonus and promotion termsWelcome package amounts, 40x wagering, 7-day windows, maximum bet, win caps
Help centre and responsible gaming policySelf-exclusion periods, time-outs, limits, support hours
The live lobbyGame counts, providers, which titles exist and which return a missing page
Public registersThe MGA licensee register for licence MGA/B2C/445/2017, and the Department of Internal Affairs for New Zealand's licensing timeline

Swipe to see the whole table

Mr Fortune's global pages and terms list amounts in euros, while NZ players deposit and see offers in NZ$. Where the casino gives a euro figure only, such as the €4 maximum bet while wagering, we keep the euro amount and say "equivalent", instead of inventing a NZ$ conversion that might be wrong by the time you read it.

We also write down what we could not confirm. If a detail appears only on third-party sites and not in Mr Fortune's own documents, it stays off the page until we can trace it.

What the Dates Mean

Published

The day the page first went live. It never changes.

Updated

The day the wording last changed in a meaningful way, such as a new offer or a corrected figure. Fixing a typo doesn't move it.

Facts checked

The last day we compared the page against the casino's terms and lobby. A page can be checked and found still correct, so this date can be newer than "Updated".

Dates inside the text

When we write "on 22 September 2026", that is the day we looked at a specific thing, such as a game count. Lobby numbers change weekly.

How the Site Is Paid For

Some buttons on this site, the ones that open Mr Fortune in a new tab, are affiliate links. If you register after clicking one, we may be paid a commission by the casino's affiliate programme. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you get is the same one anyone gets on the casino's own site.

The commission does not buy good reviews. The same site tells you there is no no-deposit bonus, that Thunderstruck II and Mega Moolah are missing from the lobby, that Mr Fortune has no New Zealand licence, and how to close your account for good. Internal links to other pages on this site open in the same tab; links to regulators and help services open in a new one and carry no referral code.

Mr Fortune and New Zealand Law

Mr Fortune is operated by Green Feather Online Limited, a Maltese company (C80735), under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/445/2017. Its register entry lists eCOGRA as the independent dispute service. The same company runs Boo Casino, bCasino and Galactic Wins.

New Zealand has never licensed a private online casino. The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 changes that: the DIA is issuing up to 15 licences, and operators without a licence or exemption must stop offering online casino games to New Zealanders from 1 December 2026. It has never been an offence for a New Zealander to play at an offshore site; the new rules target operators. We will update every page on this site as soon as it is clear whether Mr Fortune is licensed under the new regime.

What to Do If Something Didn't Work

We can't see your account and we are not Mr Fortune's support team, but we can point you to the fastest fix.

  1. A bonus or figure doesn't match our page

Go by the casino's current terms and look at the "Facts checked" date at the foot of our page. Offers change; see our bonus explainer for the usual reasons a bonus doesn't appear.

  2. A game isn't in the lobby

Search by name before you give up. If it returns nothing, it isn't there; our pokies page lists alternatives.

  3. Your account, deposit or withdrawal is stuck

Only Mr Fortune can fix it. Use the 24/7 live chat on the casino site and ask for a human agent if the assistant can't help.

  4. You still disagree with the casino

Raise a formal complaint through Mr Fortune's help centre first. If that fails, the MGA-approved dispute service is eCOGRA.

What Players Say

Player feedback is worth reading, as long as you read a lot of it and check when it was written: a complaint from 2023 about a bonus that no longer exists tells you little about the site today. The patterns we see most often in public player discussions are consistent with the terms: first withdrawals slow down because of the ID check, bonus funds catch people out because of the 40x wagering and the €4 maximum bet, and players who expected a no-deposit bonus are disappointed. On the positive side, players mention the size of the pokies lobby, the Pick My Bonus choice and 24/7 chat. If you want to judge for yourself, sort any review platform by newest first and skip anything older than a year.
